Partner C. Dabney O’Riordan to speak at 2023 Investment Adviser Compliance Conference

Quinn Emanuel is proud to announce that Partner C. Dabney O’Riordan will be speaking at the two-day 2023 Investment Adviser Compliance Conference on ESG Investing. This will take place on Monday, March 13, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm EST at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C.

She will be speaking with three other members on the best practices for ESG investing and related compliance programs, which will discuss how the latest moves by the SEC and other regulators will impact your firm.  Up until September 2022, Dabney led the SEC Division of Enforcement’s Asset Management Unit and was a member of the Division’s Climate and ESG Task Force which was designed to develop initiatives to proactively identify ESG-related misconduct.
