Quinn Emanuel Hosts University of Houston Law Center’s D.C. Alumni & Friends Reception

Partner Richard Smith hosted the 2018 University of Houston Law Center: D.C. Alumni & Friends Reception in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, helping raise money for the school’s ongoing Building Campaign to improve upon the facility for students and faculty.  At the event, Dean Leonard M. Baynes thanked Mr. Smith and others who have contributed to the campus improvements, as well as gave an update on the Law Center, including the creation of a D.C. alumni chapter.  The new law facilities will cultivate a positive learning environment for students and their mentors and increase recruitment efforts.
