Los Angeles Partner C. Dabney O'Riordan will be speaking at the Investment Adviser Association National Conference on Thursday, 7 March. Dabney will be leading a panel at 2:05 p.m. discussing “Off-Channel Communications – Recordkeeping Obligations and the Use of Personal Devices and Messaging Apps”, providing attendees with insights on the best practices and compliance strategies for the use, monitoring and supervision of electronic and off-channel communications.
