Quinn Emanuel Partner Mark Grasso Participating at The Society of Construction Law's 2023 Annual Conference

Quinn Emanuel Partner Mark Grasso will be participating in a panel discussion at The Society of Construction Law's 2023 Annual Conference. The conference will be held in person in Boston from the 16th-18th of July. Mark, alongside other distinguished practitioners, will take part in a session on the 17th of July titled 'Across the Pond - Perspectives On the Life Cycle Of a Claim Between the US and UK in Arbitrations'.

During this session, they will delve into the similarities and differences between the US and British legal systems when it comes to arbitration. The discussion will cover various topics, including cross-examination approaches and the expectations of arbitral tribunals. The session will also feature perspectives from inside counsel of a large international contractor, as well as insights from experts from both sides of the pond who will share their experiences of construction arbitrations in the US and UK.
