Quinn Emanuel’s New York-based partner Tom Pease appeared as a panelist on “Competition” at The Fordham Law School’s 27th Annual Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference on April 26, 2019. The discussion will focus on antitrust and other competition concerns arising in the context of standard-setting and FRAND licensing, as well as in other current contexts. In the discussion, Tom brought to bear his longstanding experience litigating at the intersection of intellectual property and competition law, including his numerous cases involving standard essential patents (SEPs) subject to FRAND obligations.
