Robert Amaee to speak at the Legal Business Commercial Litigation Summit 2017

Robert Amaee, a partner and head of White Collar & Corporate Investigations in the firm’s London office, will be speaking at the Legal Business Commercial Litigation Summit 2017 on a panel addressing "Fraud: How legal teams can effectively run multijurisdictional investigations."  The panel will provide an interactive look at topics that can arise in the context of a multijurisdictional investigation in to allegations of fraud and cyber fraud, including data protection, reputational risk, insurability of risk, interim relief in fraud proceedings, the availability of search orders against third parties, asset protection trusts, Civil Recovery Orders, and managing of the investigation under the glare of one or more prosecutors.
