An exceptional Quinn Emanuel team secures a significant victory for their client, Natera

Quinn Emanuel would like to offer congratulations to a team of exceptional partners who have recently achieved a significant victory for their client, Natera. The team was led by Kevin Johnson, Andrew Bramhall, Sandra Haberny, Andrew Holmes and Valerie Lozano.

Last week, a jury in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware awarded Natera approximately $96.2 million in a patent infringement case against CareDx. The damages included lost profits of $83 million and past royalties of $12 million.
