As of July 1, 2018, base compensation for entry level associates will be:

First year associates are also eligible for a year-end bonus. In addition, the firm reimburses associates for reasonable moving expenses, bar application, examination fees and one bar study course. U.S. Federal judicial clerks are eligible for a $105,000 clerkship bonus (paid as a partial signing bonus and clerkship bonus). An additional $20,000 bonus is offered to federal clerks who join the firm after completing two qualifying clerkships.

Profit SharingEligible to participate in profit sharing plan after 3 months employment. The firm contribution is a fixed percentage contingent upon the firm's profitability and is fully vested upon funding.

Technology StipendThe firm provides associates three types of technology stipends: (1) up to $1,000 towards the purchase of a laptop; (2) up to $150 towards the purchase of a cell phone and (3) up to $50 per month applied towards the associate’s data plan.
