Chloe Connolly is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. A trusted advocate with trial and appellate experience, Chloe represents clients in complex commercial litigation, securities and white-collar matters, and trademark and copyright disputes, as well as other high-stakes civil and criminal cases. Her work spans cutting-edge industries—including artificial intelligence, financial technology, cryptocurrency, and e-commerce—where she is known for distilling complex technical issues and executing litigation strategies that position clients for decisive results.
Dedicated to pro bono service, Chloe has represented clients in constitutional and civil rights actions at both the trial and appellate levels, and has provided immigration, disaster relief, voting rights, and estate planning services to the local community.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Chloe clerked for the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Todd W. Robinson of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She previously practiced at another leading international law firm in San Francisco.
Chloe graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served on the Georgetown Law Journal and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Before law school, she worked in jury research and trial consulting.
