Viktor Dolberg

Viktor K. Dolberg is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C. office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white-collar defense, and internal investigations.

Viktor previously served as an intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California and for the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. He also served as a student attorney with Georgetown’s Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic, representing clients in Title VII and § 1983 cases. Prior to law school, Viktor served as staff to Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro and Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren.
