Shayna R. Schulman is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Miami office. She joined the firm in 2025. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Shayna worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney’s Office of the Eighth Judicial Circuit in Gainesville, Florida. While there, she assisted the Special Victims Unit with sex crime and domestic violence felonies and tried several cases before a jury. Shayna also served as a Certified Legal Intern for an attorney ad litem with the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic where she advocated for children placed in Florida’s dependency system.
