Kevin Adams is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice focuses on antitrust and competition law. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin practiced at an antitrust boutique.
Kevin regularly represents defendants in antitrust litigation, including individual actions, class actions, and MDLs. Kevin is also experienced in both criminal and civil antitrust investigations, representing individuals and corporations in cases ranging from bid rigging allegations to disputes arising from mergers. In addition to his litigation and investigation work, Kevin advises clients on their pre-merger notification requirements under the HSR Act, and has experience helping clients navigate Second Requests and in-depth investigations in foreign jurisdictions.
During law school Kevin interned at the Department of Justice – Antitrust Division in the Civil Conduct Task Force, where he investigated potential wage fixing claims in the esports industry. He also interned with the Federal Trade Commission – Bureau of Competition in Mergers II, where he assisted in investigations and litigations challenging mergers in high-tech industries.
Kevin earned his JD, summa cum laude, at The George Washington University Law School. While there, he served as a Managing Editor for The George Washington Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and tutored students in Antitrust, Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Corporations.
