Jordan E. Alexander

Jordan Alexander is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. Jordan’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.  She has represented clients in high-stakes matters at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country regarding a diverse range of claims, including intellectual property disputes such as copyright and trade secrets, financial fraud, False Claims Act, securities, class actions, defamation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, employment, sexual assault, and wrongful death.   

Jordan has tried multiple cases, including examining both fact and expert witnesses, arguing motions and evidentiary issues, and playing a key role in every aspect of the trial presentation. She also has experience at every stage of litigation, from pleadings through post-trial briefing and appeal. Over the past decade, Jordan has argued numerous motions, including dispositive motions, discovery motions, and motions in limine, and has taken and defended depositions all over the country.  She also has substantial experience working with experts, including damages experts, psychological and psychiatric experts, and industry experts from various industries.

Before moving to Los Angeles in 2015, Jordan worked in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She is a member of the bars of both New York and California, as well as the bars of several federal courts.
