Tony Staltari is Managing Attorney in Quinn Emanuel’s New York Office. As a licensed attorney and experienced Managing Attorney, Tony brings over 20 years of experience analyzing federal, state, and local rules of procedure and navigating filing and calendaring systems throughout the country. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Tony was a Managing Attorney and an Assistant Managing Attorney at national and international law firms, as well as an Associate for a regional insurance defense firm where he handled over 500 cases from commencement to resolution. Tony is a regular author on subjects related to New York Civil Practice and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including through frequent contributions to the Managing Attorneys and Clerks Association’s bi-monthly newsletter as well as the National Docketing Association’s monthly publication.
