Homin Ban is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2022. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and trademark and copyright litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Homin worked for the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation. While there, he wrote and assisted in filing an administrative complaint that ultimately led to Alabama Medicaid removing restrictions to lifesaving Hepatitis C treatment. Homin attended Harvard Law School where he served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Technology and supported professors in his capacity as a teaching assistant.
