David Chardack is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York Office. He joined the firm in 2021 and returned in 2025, following clerkships with the Honorable Victor Marrero of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Beth Robinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to law school, David worked as a paralegal at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with felony trials and investigations.
