Timothy Chen is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2021. His practice focuses on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Timothy worked at a leading international law firm in London, where he gained experience on civil disputes in a range of sectors including financial services, construction and commercial contracts. He has experience acting for sovereign states, multinational corporations and high net-worth individuals in arbitration proceedings under various institutional rules.
Timothy graduated top of his class from the University of Exeter with a First Class Honours degree and was awarded four subject prizes and three prizes for achieving the top academic performance in each year. He subsequently completed the BCL at the University of Oxford.
