Heather Christenson is an of counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2013.
Heather has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including mediations, arbitration, and trial. Her practice focuses on structured finance litigation. She has also litigated bankruptcy and antitrust cases. She previously represented a litigation trust in approximately 85 lawsuits seeking indemnity damages from correspondent lenders arising from the defendant lenders’ sale of defective mortgage loans and participated in over 60 mediations and other litigation on behalf of that litigation trust that resulted in recoveries of over $1.1 billion.
