Athena Dalton is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in trials, arbitrations, and mediations in jurisdictions across the country. Athena’s diverse practice focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation, including cases alleging breach of contract, fraud, patent infringement, trade secret theft, class action, product liability, and environmental claims. She has extensive experience litigating cases at all stages, including taking and defending depositions, working with expert and fact witnesses, preparing dispositive motions, arguing before the court, and going to trial.
Athena received her law degree from Northwestern University of Law in 2017, where she graduated magna cum laude.
