Alex del Nido is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office. He joined the firm in 2021. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, technology companies, and individuals. He has a broad range of experience in complex litigation and government investigations. Among other areas, he has represented clients in antitrust, securities, IP, employment, and False Claims Act cases, and has conducted internal investigations relating to employment, U.S. economic sanctions, FCPA, and general compliance issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked for nearly ten years at a leading international law firm in New York, where his practice included complex commercial litigation, government investigations and white collar matters. Alex also previously served as a law clerk for Judges Debra A. Livingston on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Kenneth M. Karas on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
