Max DeWit is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He joined the firm in 2026 following a clerkship for the Honorable Karen Crawford of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to his clerkship, Max worked for a large firm in Palo Alto where his litigation practice included data privacy, intellectual property, securities, and complex business disputes.
