Mike Doman is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, primarily Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC). Mike has practiced before the ITC for more than seven years and has represented complainants, respondents, and third parties in over twenty Section 337 investigations. He has expertise in all aspects of Section 337 litigation, from the complaint stage through Commission review. Mike also has intimate knowledge of the various post-investigation procedures that are available to complainants and potential importers.
Mike has been consistently recognized by the Legal 500 in the field of Section 337 litigation and was named a “Rising Star” by Managing IP in 2021 and 2022. Mike was also elected in 2022 to the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession. Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked at a Washington, DC-based boutique law firm, where he focused on Section 337 investigations.
