Tracy Gao is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C. office. She began her career with the firm in 2015 as a founding member of its Shanghai office, and joined the Washington, D.C. office in 2018. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, including class actions, relating to data privacy, intellectual property, antitrust, administrative law, and complex contract disputes. She has also represented companies and individuals in investigations by the SEC, DOJ, and other state and local government entities.
