Radu Giosan is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Paris office. He joined the firm in 2019. His practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration. His work involves advising and representing companies, states and state-owned entities. He has experience in arbitrations conducted under the rules of major arbitration centers (ICSID, ICC, LCIA, VIAC, SCAI, SIAC, etc.), in particular international arbitrations involving oil & gas, joint-ventures, finance, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining the firm, Radu trained at international arbitration law firms in London, Paris, and Milan. He actively writes on the topics of ethics, technology, and artificial intelligence in international arbitration. Radu regularly attends the Willem C. Vis Moot as an arbitrator and serves as an advisor to the Penn State Law Vis Moot Team (Champions of the 26 Willem C. Vis Moot).
