Marta is of counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on Hatch-Waxman litigation and client counseling in the life sciences industry. She has also helped life sciences clients with regulatory matters, matters arising under the BPCIA, and patent portfolio evaluation, and has represented medical device clients in patent and trademark litigations.
Marta served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael H. Watson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and as an intern to the Polish Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, Poland.
