Margaret Haas

Margaret Haas is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office.  Margaret joined the firm in 2016.  Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Margaret has litigated a wide variety of cases, including breach of contract, fraud, class actions (representing both plaintiffs and defendants), mass tort, trademark, white collar, False Claims Act, professional malpractice, defamation, and Freedom of Information Act.  Margaret has experience in all aspects of litigation, including initial fact investigations, drafting complaints, managing document discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.  She also has significant trial experience and has first or second-chaired dozens of direct and cross examinations.  Margaret has been the member of the trial team for six jury trials and three arbitrations.
