Nicholas J. Hardiman is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. During law school, he interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Antitrust Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General and was a Research Assistant to Professors Vicki Been, Samuel Issacharoff, Noah Rosenblum, and Catherine Sharkey, for whom he was also a Teaching Assistant.
Prior to attending law school, Nicholas was an investor at a growth stage technology investment firm.
