Claire Hausman is of counsel in the Los Angeles Office. She has broad experience in complex commercial litigation, including structured finance, antitrust, patent, products liability, breach of contract, and accounting malpractice matters. Claire has a degree in Economics from Brown University and worked as a research assistant supporting research and policy analysis in macroeconomics and monetary economics at the Federal Reserve Board prior to earning a law degree at the University of Chicago. Claire has tried cases in federal and state courts throughout the country, and has experience with multi-district litigation and consolidated state proceedings.
