Philip Hueck is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and an Associate in our Munich office. He joined the firm in 2025. Philip’s practice focuses on patent litigation and complex commercial disputes.
Philip graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, where he specialized in private international law and spent a semester abroad in Lausanne, Switzerland. He completed his legal clerkship at the Oberlandesgericht München (Higher Regional Court), during which he worked, inter alia, for the firm’s Munich office and a law firm in Cape Town, South Africa. Philip holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the UC Berkeley School of Law.
Before joining the Munich office, Philip worked for the firm’s New York office as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
Philip is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
