Matthew Kelly is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C. office. He joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2024 and returned as an Associate in 2025 after graduating from Georgetown Law. During his time at Georgetown, he interned on the D.C. District Court for Judge Timothy Kelly and also on the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for Judges John Murphy and Michael Baylson.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked a financial services senior consultant for Ernst and Young, there he advised clients on CFTC & FINRA Security Based Swap Dealer matters.
