Tina Liebscher

Tina Liebscher is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwältin) and Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Berlin, Munich, and Mannheim offices. She focuses on matters concerning technically complex or innovative products and services subject to specific regulatory requirements and related litigation and has extensive experience in representing international and domestic clients before European and German authorities and courts.

Her areas of expertise include European products and services regulations, data protection law, financial markets regulation, sanctions, antitrust law, freedom of information laws, copyright law, and trade secret law. Her expertise ranges from representing clients in administrative proceedings and litigation to advising on internal investigations to handling complex antitrust, IP, and commercial disputes.

Tina has extensive experience in handling various complex matters across many industries, including AI, crypto-assets, financial services, automotive and automotive supply, aviation, pharma, medical devices, social media, and semiconductors.

Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel’s offices as Counsel in 2023, she was a local partner in the public law team of another international law firm and worked as in-house counsel for an internationally operating industrial supplier where she focused on regulatory issues.

During her legal studies, she put an emphasis on international and European law.
