Lauren Lindsay is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. Lauren has significant litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels.
Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on high-stakes data-privacy disputes. Lauren has defended technology companies in both state and federal court, including in multi-district and class-action litigation. Lauren also has substantial experience with cases involving business torts, intellectual property claims, and complex breach-of-contract claims.
Lauren previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin, District Judge for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. As a clerk, she worked on a wide variety of cases, including intellectual property, consumer protection, and financial malfeasance disputes.
