Seamus G. Lynch is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Seamus served as a law clerk for the Honorable Terrence G. Berg in the Eastern District of Michigan. Before clerking, Seamus was an associate at another international law firm. While at Stanford Law School, Seamus interned with the Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney and was a teaching assistant in the Trial Advocacy class.
