Miles Malley is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2025 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Cardone of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Before his clerkship, he practiced litigation at another prominent law firm in Washington, D.C. Miles earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he externed for the Honorable James E. Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the D.C. Office of Human Rights, and the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection.
