Saasha Malpani is an Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Paris office. She joined the firm in 2022. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and investment arbitration arising out of telecommunication, oil & gas, shipping and manufacturing sectors.
Saasha is licensed to practice in India. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team of a leading law firm in India where she worked for four years. While there, she represented clients in commercial arbitrations and litigations pertaining to M&A, financial services, construction, pharmaceuticals, energy and real estate sectors. She has appeared before various courts and tribunals in India, including for urgent reliefs, appointment of arbitrators and annulment of awards. She is also an accredited commercial mediator and negotiator in India and the U.K.
