Kathleen Marini is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office. Kathleen is a litigator with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of high-stakes, complex disputes in federal and state court and arbitral forums across the country. Recognized by Boston Magazine as a top commercial litigator, Kathleen’s diverse experience includes breach of contract, fraud and business torts, corporate raids, employment disputes, licensing issues, commercial real estate matters, and crisis management.
Before joining Quinn, Kathleen clerked for the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to her clerkships, Kathleen worked at another international law firm in Boston.
Kathleen graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
