Nqulelwa (Lelwa) Maseti is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. She joined the firm in 2023. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. During law school, Lelwa was a member of the team that represented Berkeley Law School at the 2023 National Patent Application Drafting Competition.
Prior to joining the firm, Lelwa worked at a law firm in South Africa. While there, she assisted in complex litigation relating to defamation, media, and intellectual property law. Lelwa also has technical experience in the aviation industry as a former airline pilot.
Lelwa is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of California and South Africa (admitted in the High Court of South Africa).
Lelwa is currently an MBA grad student mastering business courses including new product development, innovation, economics, and business ethics.
