(Mickey) John Miguel McCauley

Mickey McCauley is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Mickey graduated from Stanford Law School, where he worked in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic writing and editing briefs on live matters before the United States Supreme Court. He served as a Notes Editor for the Stanford Law and Policy Review and a co-leader of the Stanford Tax Pro Bono Project, helping local community members file federal income tax returns. Prior to law school, Mickey worked in policy research as a statistical programmer and performed standup and improvisational comedy semi-professionally.
