Matthew Meyer is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York Office. He joined the firm in 2021 and returned to the firm in 2025 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Luis Felipe Restrepo of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for the Honorable Orelia Eleta Merchant of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was as an executive editor at the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and served as a Teaching Fellow in the Federal Courts and First Amendment courses.
