Carla Neye is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Carla trained at several international law firms in Berlin and London, where she primarily worked on mergers and acquisitions. This experience gave her a thorough understanding of corporate clients’ objectives in the transactional context, which she now draws on when litigating “busted deal” disputes and other M&A-related matters.
Carla holds law degrees in both English and German law as well as an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School.
