Simone Nget is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Sydney office. She joined the firm in 2021. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Simone worked as a lawyer for another top tier law firm based in Sydney. While there, she acted for various litigants with issues relating to commercial disputes, patent infringement, contract disputes and various intellectual property issues. She also wrote articles on various legal topics including manner of manufacture and IP restrictions during the pandemic and has been published in the Intellectual Property Forum - Journal of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (2020). Simone’s experience also includes work in the insurance and insolvency industry.
