Simone Nget is an Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office, having joined the firm in 2021. Simone’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and she has acted on matters involving Australian and international leading companies in a broad range of matters including insurance recovery, civil fraud, class actions and regulatory disputes.
Simone currently acts on behalf of the Administrator of Greensill Bank (following the collapse of Greensill) in a series of claims against insurers (exceeding $2 billion) on various trade credit insurance policies.
Prior to joining the firm, Simone worked as a lawyer at a leading top tier law firm with a particular focus on commercial and contractual disputes, patent infringement and various intellectual property issues. Simone holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Macquarie University, where she was awarded the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Law.
