Rachel Oda is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. She joined the firm in 2025. Her practice focuses on complex litigation. Rachel earned her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She served as Co-President of UCLA’s national championship Trial Advocacy Team, and received the Irving H. Green Prize for excellence in trial advocacy. During law school, she was a Research Assistant for Professor Jerry Kang, and completed specializations in Trial Advocacy, Critical Race Studies, Public Interest Law, and Law and Philosophy. She also served on the Alumni Relations Committee of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association.
