Chineze Osakwe is an associate at Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Chineze worked as an extern for Judge Myrna Pérez on the Second Circuit, Judge George B. Daniels on the Southern District of New York, Judge John P. Mastando on the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court, and Justice Robert J. Miller of the Second Department. While there, Chineze assisted Judges and their clerks on issues relating to crypto currency, fourth amendment search and seizure rights, and child custody. She also researched and wrote bench and en banc memoranda on various legal topics including standing and criminal procedure. Chineze’s experience also includes work in immigration law and tennis.
