Teodora Pasca is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024.
Teodora completed her legal education at the University of Toronto, graduating in 2021. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Teodora clerked for the Honorable Justice Sheilah L. Martin of the Supreme Court of Canada, Canada’s highest appellate court. She also previously clerked for judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, one of the busiest trial courts in Canada, primarily working on serious criminal trials.
Teodora has specialized in criminal law for most of her career. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Criminology and spent a year as a criminal defence lawyer at a top-tier boutique firm in Toronto. Her work experience spans a variety of settings, from legal clinics advocating for marginalized populations to an international tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. At Quinn Emanuel, she maintains a broad litigation practice, including both criminal/white-collar and commercial litigation.
Teodora is admitted to practice law both in New York State and in Ontario, Canada. She speaks French, Spanish, and Romanian.
