Luke Phillips is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2021. Luke is a litigator whose practice involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, fraud, securities, antitrust, and copyright. Luke is committed to providing pro bono legal work and has previously represented indigent clients in civil rights litigation in federal court, including Latino voters in a Section 2 Voting Rights Act case that resulted in the implementation of voting districts.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Luke began his career as a litigation associate at a prominent international law firm in New York.
