Luke Phillips is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Luke’s practice involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes. Luke is committed to providing pro bono legal work and has previously represented indigent clients in civil rights litigation and criminal proceedings in state and federal court, including Latino voters in a Section 2 Voting Rights Act case that resulted in the implementation of voting districts. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Luke worked at another international law firm.
