Will Pierotti is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Will worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Loretta A. Preska in the Southern District of New York. Prior to clerking, Will practiced in the litigation group at a national law firm and represented clients in a broad range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, class actions, multidistrict litigation, government investigations, APA claims, and appeals. Will has experience representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants and has handled matters at all stages of litigation.
