Claudia Quek joined Quinn Emanuel’s Hong Kong office in 2022. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and complex, high value commercial dispute resolution. Claudia is also currently serving as a tribunal secretary in a complex SIAC arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, Claudia trained in the New York and Hong Kong offices of another leading American law firm.
Outside of practice, Claudia published a case note in 2021 in the Law Quarterly Review on the interplay between arbitration clauses and a creditor’s rights to a winding up order. This case note was cited by the Privy Council in Sian Participation Corp (In Liq) v Halimeda International Ltd [2024] UKPC 16. Claudia graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2019 with a double first.
Claudia is a native Mandarin and English speaker.
