Duncan Ranslem is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Duncan worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Salvador Mendoza, Jr., in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Duncan’s experience includes criminal defense and civil rights litigation. He previously worked on white collar criminal defense matters at a firm in New York City and he interned at a Federal Defender Program while in law school.
