Jennifer Reeves serves as Lead Innovation Counsel at Quinn Emanuel, where she leads the firm's Generative AI and innovation initiatives alongside partner Chris Kercher, combining legal expertise with technological innovation. In her role, she oversees the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI and ML technologies designed to reduce mundane tasks and enable attorneys to focus on complex legal issues. She manages cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions. Jennifer also leads attorney training on newly implemented AI applications, develops governance frameworks for AI solutions, and drives the firm's digital transformation through strategic technology integration and advanced data analytics.
Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Jennifer was an Innovation Attorney at a major US law firm, where she specialized in regulatory practice groups and supported the firm's Chief Innovation & Value Officer in advancing generative AI initiatives. She integrated emerging technologies into legal practice while ensuring regulatory compliance and worked in legal knowledge management, optimizing legal services through strategic technology integration.
Jennifer's career began in legislative services as a Legislative Director and Committee Clerk for the Texas House of Representatives' Committee on Environmental Regulation, followed by a role as a legal compliance associate at Meta. She earned her B.A. in English from Baylor University and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
