Vanessa Rodriguez is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office. She joined the firm in 2021 and re-joined the firm in 2024 after spending time as a litigator at another international law firm. Vanessa has trial and appellate experience representing and advising both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of high-profile and complex matters including trade secret, patent, employment, breach of contract, and business torts matters. Her practice spans proceedings before the International Trade Commission, federal courts, and state courts. Vanessa is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College. While in law school, she served as a student attorney and practice head at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau and as a Teaching Fellow in courses on Legal Advocacy and Ethics, and was a semifinalist in Harvard's Ames Moot Court appellate competition.
